Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mercer, Auglaize and Van Wert counties will sell chances to win a 1991 Corvette during the Peony Fest Car Show from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Van Wert County Fairgrounds.
The 37th annual Van Wert Peony Festival weekend begins Thursday and continues from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily through Saturday. The festival features craft shows and garage sales.
Tickets for the Corvette fundraiser are $2 apiece or three for $5. The Corvette will be on display.
Tickets also can be purchased by mailing a check with your name, address and phone number to BBBS, P.O. Box 304, St. Marys, OH 45885.
