Colors by the numbers

GM has released manufacture numbers showing the number of 2021’s built and the option breakdown.

There was a total of 26,216 C8’s built for the 2021 model year. Of this, the most popular color was Torch Red with a total of 5,171 ordered. Arctic White came in second with 3,769 produced, followed by Red Mist at 3,476. Zeus Bronze came in as the least popular with 509 orders in this color, but Accelerate Yellow was not far above at just 839 units ordered.

Sixty years in the making, the new 60th Anniversary Cunningham C8 Corvette pays homage to the 1960 Corvette that became the first to win its class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. From simple beginnings I became an avid Corvette Collector amongst other more rare and exotic cars like this 1929 “Disappearing Top” Torpedo Convertible Coupe, just one of six examples produced!
